Victor Eli Hugo

Victor Eli Hugo is a New Orleans based actor and stuntman. After high school He moved to Kentucky where he spent some time in the WWE's developmental school (OVW). During that time he went undefeated in singles and tag team competition. After his wrestling days were over he moved back to Louisiana to pursue acting full time.
