Tomoyuki Shimura was born on 12 December 1963 in Hitachi, Ibaraki, Japan. He is an actor, known for Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2009), Hagane no renkinjutsushi (2003) and Gekijô-ban hagane no renkinjutsushi: Shanbara wo yuku mono (2005).
